You should not praise your cat for what behavior he exhibit which you don’t want to see. People are found with doing so. It is also possible that cats are notoriously deceitful in their endless number of ways to manipulate humans. If you work hard whole day then you feel very tired at night and go to bed, this is a normal behavior you can expect from a living things but something you cannot expect usual thing from cats due to without training. When you awake at morning then you have to go on managed habit like bathing, cleaning of teeth etc, if you have cat as pet then the situation is different for you.
Most people when get up in the morning will give their cats some food or some treats or they will take all those steps which can help to get their cat out of their bedroom with the hope to get good night’s sleep. It is also very important to train your cat to get used to litter box. First get a litter box which is made of washable material like plastic and sides of litter box should be high.
There are some rules to be followed to train your cat to use litter box. Put the box in a safe place which is obvious to your cat and the cat face no difficult to find the box. If you find that cat is using litter box then you should reward them until he uses the litter box on regular basis. It is a good habit to keep the litter box clean by scoop and washing it daily.
If you see that your cat is soiling your house then don’t try punishing your cat because you will not get positive response from them if you punish the cat. Find out why the cat doesn’t use the litter box and you can consult with a professional to solve the problem. Always use the same litter box because it may possible that change of litter box may cause him soiling the house.
It should be kept in mind that punishment is not the sole solution if your cat does something undesirable. There are many other ways that you can find to correct the behavior of your cat. You require patience while training your cat because it may not possible to get the result fast and be consistent in training and hope soon you will get a fruitful result.
